The TV Boosts page lists all of the Boosts which you’re eligible to subscribe to. Boosts
which you are already subscribed to will not appear in TV Boosts, you will find them in My
If you’re unable to find a Boost in the TV Boosts page, it will be because you’re not eligible
to subscribe to any additional Boosts. This could be due to the following reasons:
- You may have already subscribed to all of the TV Boosts
- You may have a low internet line-speed. Customers with low line-speeds can only subscribe to PictureBox or the Sky Cinema on-demand Boost to ensure that we don’t sell them TV that will result in a poor quality video experience.
- Some Boosts will not be available if you subscribe to certain other Boosts. For example, if you buy the combined ‘Sky Sports and Sky Cinema’ Boost, you will no longer be offered the ‘Sky Sports’ or ‘Sky Cinema’ individual Boosts as you already receive that content.
- The Multi-room Boost does not currently appear on the TV website. You’ll need to go to the MyAccount website to subscribe to Multi-room.

reasons above do not explain why you cannot, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into
