I’m not sure what my MyAccount email address is.
If you’re not sure which email account you signed up to TalkTalk with, try searching each of your email accounts for ‘TalkTalk’. If you see a mail from us, then that is the account you signed up with.
You may have opted to not receive any marketing from us in which case an email will not be in the inbox of your MyAccount email address. The next thing to try will be to go to https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/login and click on live chat to speak to our MyAccount agents.

- If you’ve got more than one email address, do a quick search of your email accounts for ‘TalkTalk' or our old name 'blinkbox', and see if you can find a welcome email from us – if you can, you’ve found your TalkTalk TV account!
- If your email address works multiple ways, it might be worth trying a few – for example, did you write .co.uk rather than .com, or googlemail rather than gmail?
If you’re still having no luck, don’t worry. Just get in touch with us, providing a little detail about your account. We’ll need the last four digits of your card, your name and postcode and a little detail about how much your last payment was for and roughly when it was.
