You can add TV Boosts through the TalkTalk TV box, the TV website, Android app or the MyAccount website.
Adding Boosts on the TalkTalk TV box
- Press the YouView button on your remote.
- Select the ‘More TV’ option in the menu. This will launch the More TV app.
- Select ‘TV Boosts’ from the menu of the ‘More TV’ app.
- Find the TV Boost that you’re looking for and select it. (Can’t find the Boost?)
- The Boost details page will open and ‘Subscribe’ will be highlighted. Press ‘OK’ on your remote.
- Enter your TalkTalk PIN number and press ‘OK’ on your remote. (Can’t remember your PIN?)
- The Boost is now added to your account and you’ll find all the channels in the Guide. If you want to watch on-demand films and TV available with your Boost, go to ‘My stuff’ within the More TV app. Remember you can also watch non-Sky Boosts on the website and mobile apps.
Adding Boosts on the TV Website
- Go to the TalkTalk TV website at talktalktv.co.uk.
- Log in using your TalkTalk MyAccount username and password (Forgot your MyAccount credentials?)
- Hover your mouse pointer over ‘More TV’ at the top of the screen. A sub-menu will open. (I can’t see ‘More TV’ at the top of the screen)
- Click on ‘TV Boosts’ from the sub-menu.
- Find the TV Boost that you’re looking for and click on it. (Can’t find the Boost?)
- The Boost details page will open. Click on the subscribe button.
- The payment summary screen will be displayed. This tells you how much you’ll pay for the Boost each month. Remember that there is no commitment beyond the first thirty days.
- When you’re happy with everything, click on ‘Confirm Payment’.
- The Boost is now added to your account and you’ll find all the channels in the Guide. If you want to watch on-demand films and TV available with your Boost, go to ‘My TV’ and select the tab with the name of the Boost you just subscribed to. Remember you can also watch non-Sky Boosts on the mobile apps.
Adding Boosts on the Android App
- Log into the Android app using your TalkTalk MyAccount username and password (Forgot your MyAccount credentials?)
- Select the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open the menu.
- Select ‘TV Boosts’ from the menu.
- Find the TV Boost that you’re looking for and select it. (Can’t find the Boost?)
- The Boost details page will open. Tap on the subscribe button.
- The payment summary screen will be displayed. This tells you how much you’ll pay for the Boost each month. Remember that there is no commitment beyond the first thirty days.
- When you’re happy with everything, select ‘Confirm Payment’.

Why can’t I see most Boosts in the TV Boosts page?
The TV Boosts page only lists the Boosts which meet both of the following criteria:
- You are eligible to subscribe to the Boosts
- You are not already subscribed to the Boosts
A small number of our customers are not eligible to most Boosts due to their line speed being too slow (less than 5Mbps when you signed up to TalkTalk). As our Boost channels and on-demand content is delivered over the internet, we require lines to be sufficiently fast to give customers a positive viewing experience.
If you’re not one of these customers, the most likely reason for not seeing a Boost on the TV Boosts page is that you’re already subscribed to it. Go to My TV and check to see whether you have a tab with the name of the Boost you’re looking for. If you see it in My TV, then you are already subscribed to it.
