I can’t see the Guide, More TV or TV Boosts pages

There can be several reasons why you are not able to see these pages. The main causes are the device you’re using and the type of user you are.

 

iOS Devices

The Guide appears across all devices but it’s worth being aware that as the iOS app does not support purchase, you will not see the ‘More TV’ or ‘TV Boosts’ menu items on the iOS app. If you want to purchase something, please visit the website (www.talktalktv.co.uk) on your browser on iOS.

 

Non-TalkTalk TV Subscribers

If you are not a TalkTalk broadband subscriber (or are no longer one), you will not see these menu items on any device. Also, broadband customers who did not subscribe to TV will also not see them.

 

We present a ‘Store only’ experience for these customers which allows the purchase of rented and owned films and TV shows but does not give access to TV Boost content.

 

If you feel that you should be seeing Boost related content on the service; first try signing out and then back in again. If this does not work, please get in touch with our support team and we’ll look into the issue for you.
