TalkTalk broadband subscriber login
If you are TalkTalk broadband subscriber you can login to TalkTalk TV using your MyAccount details. This is an email address and password that you create when you initially subscribe to broadband from TalkTalk. In a small number of cases, you may have set up your credentials sometime after you subscribed to our broadband service.
What is quick sign-in?
Quick sign in allows you access to your rented, owned and Boost content without having to enter their MyAccount email address and password.
You’ll need to be on your home Wi-Fi network and must have a TalkTalk TV box. When you go to sign into the TalkTalk TV website, the Android or iOS apps, you’ll see the ‘Quick sign in’ option. With just one click of this button, you’ll be signed in and can watch any of the content that you’re already entitled to.
To protect our customers from fraud (and from little ones making purchases without parental approval) we don’t permit customers who have used Quick sign in to make purchases or change account settings without first entering their MyAccount password. Don’t worry though, we’ll challenge you for just your MyAccount password if you attempt either of these so that you can quickly and securely purchase without having to type in your email.
Why is Quick sign in not working?
Here are the common causes for quick sign in not working:
- You’re not connected to your home (TalkTalk) Wi-Fi network
The website will show the quick sign in option no matter how you’re connected but will fail if you’re not on your home network. The iOS and Android apps will not even show you the Quick sign in option if you’re not connected to Wi-Fi.
- You are not a TalkTalk TV subscriber
If you’ve never received a TV box from us then quick sign in won’t work as it’s a feature that only works for this type of customer.
