If you’re a current TalkTalk broadband subscriber, you’ll be able to add purchases directly to your TalkTalk bill. For many, this will be the simplest option but if you’re buying or renting content, you’ll also have the option to add a credit or debit card onto your account and pay with that instead. Boost subscriptions must always be added to your bill.
If you do wish to pay for rented and owned content using a card, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
Your card details are stored securely with our payment provider Cybersource using industry standard encryption and are never stored on TalkTalk’s own servers.
Why are my add-to-bill purchases repeatedly failing?
There are a number of reasons that this can occur. For instance, we may not have been able to take payment for your previous TalkTalk bill. Please get in touch with our customer services team and we’ll investigate for you.
