We have taken the decision to no longer support Ultraviolet. We had found that Ultraviolet was the direct result of a large number of customers requiring help and that in many cases, we were unable to address the issue in a reasonable timeframe due to it needing to be passed to the Ultraviolet support team.
We are carefully watching USA based services such as ‘Movies Anywhere’ and if they see a high level of adoption both by content providers and customers alike, we’ll review whether integrating them will be in our customer’s interests.
What has happened to my Ultraviolet content?
If you had a UV locker linked to your TalkTalk TV account, your locker will still contain all of your entitlements and can be found at www.myuv.com. However, you will only be able to watch this content through another service that supports Ultraviolet. Flixter is still supporting UV at the time of writing.
For Ultraviolet titles that were purchased from our service, you will still find them within My TV on the website, TV box, iOS or Android. This does not include titles that were added to your locker using a UV code on our website.
