We’ve become aware that downloads are playing back with a very poor-quality picture on both iOS and Android. We’re aware of this issue and are working to address it.
A temporary workaround is to remove the download from your device and to stream it instead. Obviously this will be subject to your line speed being sufficient to ensure the video plays back correctly.
Important note if you’ve downloaded a rental
Rentals cannot be streamed after they have been downloaded. If you’ve downloaded a rental and are getting poor quality picture, please contact our customer support team and they will make it so that you can stream it again.
