Do I need to change my password?
There is no need to change your details. Your registered payment details will continue to work after the transition to Rakuten. If you need to reset your password visit TalkTalk Password resetor Rakuten TV password.
Do I need to update my card/payment details?
No, to ensure a smooth transition, your previous Direct Debit details have been transferred.
Will I need to set-up my payment details again?
We wanted to give you a seamless transition, so have transferred your details using the appropriate security measures. Should you prefer your details weren't held by Rakuten you can amend this via the Payment Methods area in your Rakuten TV account.
