Some of the titles that were available on TalkTalk TV are currently unavailable with Rakuten TV. You'll be able to see if there are any missing from your library once you log in to your Rakuten TV account.
Rakuten TV are working hard to acquire any missing titles in the near future. You will be compensated for any titles that you have lost access to in the form of Super Points.
Will I be compensated for the missing content?
Yes, you will be compensated with Rakuten Super Points - these can be redeemed against a number of Rakuten's services. When you log into Rakuten TV you will see these points in your account. If you have any queries about these please contact Rakuten customer services.
Rakuten Super Points are collected and can be redeemed against a number of Rakuten's services. As part of their loyalty scheme, you can continue to collect these after each purchase.
